Over the Summer, Schoolfusion rolled out several new upgrades to their website/communication system. We have tried to break down the changes that most effect our teachers and students. It seems a majority of the changes occured to a users Personal Dashboard and access to their websites (fusionpages). The Merge tool proved an easy way to combine the content and membership(students) of many FusionPages into one page. This tool is intended for Faculty/Staff members that have several FusionPages, with the same content, allowing the Administrator to update the content in one page, instead of multiple times.

1. To merge a FusionPage, go to the page(class website) that is complete and will be your primary page.
2. Click the red Edit Configuration link
3. Select the MISC Tab.
4. Locate and click the Merge other classes into “class title” link (last in list)
5. Check the applicable groups and click Save
6. Click OK to confirm the merge
   
   1. Selecting save will pull the content and memberships of all selected groups into the group where the merge tool was activated.
7. Click on “My Classrooms” and notice that you have only one website for a class you teach two periods. You now have one classroom to edit/add to!
   

Please note: Once groups have been merged into one FusionPage, they cannot be separated. Please use this option with caution.
